Excellent, i booked a 4days and 3nights holiday going to Georgia last February. It was last minute decision and thank God my friend offer me to book to holiday factory. It was cheap and value of money is really worthit. Excellent service by the local tour guide specially Zacha. He is amazing. We are pick up by a private bus which is only us is there and the driver is very polite and funny. He even offer us free coffee on the way to Gudauri. I feel important and appreciated. By the time wer heading back to tibilsi we missed the car that supposed to drop us cause a friend of us offer a free drive. After few hours, I received an email from holiday factory wondering wer we are, i appreciate the fact that they care about customer service and very helpful in building our itenirary.. definitely a good agent to build an amazing and everlasting memories for traveller.
